Best Practices Subcommittee
The Tulare County Gang Prevention Task Force determined that identifying best practices locally and from other communities would be beneficial for future anti-gang efforts. This led to the formation of the Best Practices Subcommittee.
Tulare County Probation Chief Janet Honadle and Visalia Police Department Lt. Jason Salazar lead the Best Practices subcommittee.
Since its creation, this subcommittee completed the Best Practices to Address Community Gang Problems white paper.
This subcommittee continues to research and identify best practices and collect data for the Tulare County Gang Prevention Task Force.
